Terms of Use
Last updated: TODO-CLIENT — set the real publish date once legal review of this draft is complete.
Scope
These Terms govern your use of this website and the submission of project requests (RFQs) through it. This website provides information about Brandis’s capabilities and an inquiry channel; it is not an e-commerce storefront, and browsing it does not itself create a contract.
Requesting a quote
Submitting the RFQ form is an inquiry, not a binding order, and does not by itself commit either party to a contract. A quotation and any resulting supply contract are agreed separately, directly between you and Brandis, once Brandis has reviewed your request. TODO-CLIENT: confirm this framing matches Brandis’s actual sales process, and the response-time commitment (if any) that should be stated on the RFQ confirmation page (docs/open-questions.md #18).
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. The form includes automated anti-spam checks (a hidden field and a minimum-fill-time check) that only ever affect automated submissions, never a genuine visitor filling in the form normally.
Files you attach (drawings, specifications, images) are reviewed only by Brandis staff for the purpose of evaluating your request; see our Privacy Policy for how long they are kept. If you request confidential treatment (for example via the NDA checkbox on the technical/injection-moulding branch of the form), TODO-CLIENT: confirm the internal NDA process this checkbox triggers (docs/open-questions.md #19) — until that process is defined, treat any such request as a signal to follow up directly rather than an automatically executed NDA.
Intellectual property
The design, text and photography on this website belong to Brandis or are used under license, except for third-party brand names, logos and products that appear incidentally in project photography — see the copyright section of our Legal Notice for how those are handled.
Disclaimer
This website is provided “as is”. Brandis does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability and is not liable for damages arising from its use, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence).
Governing law and jurisdiction
TODO-CLIENT — Brandis to confirm, with its own counsel, which law should govern these Terms and where disputes should be brought. The working assumption in this draft is Turkish law and the courts of Istanbul, matching Brandis’s place of establishment, but an international B2B seller may prefer a different clause — this needs a business decision, not an assumption made on Brandis’s behalf.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the website or Brandis’s processes change. The date at the top of this page shows the last update.
