Manufacturing & Facilities

Two production sites. Metal, wood, acrylic and injection-molded plastic. One process from brief to recycling.

OUR PROCESS

Eight steps, one accountable partner, start to finish.

  1. Step 1

    Client Brief

A thorough brief is where the outcome gets decided. We work through format, constraints, timeline and budget before a single sketch gets drawn — not after.

  2. Step 2

    Design Engineering

Our industrial and product designers turn a brand direction into something that can actually be built — accounting for materials, tolerances and assembly from the first drawing.

  3. Step 3

    Prototyping

R&D and design work side by side to build a fast, accurate first sample. You see and handle the thing before it goes into production, not a rendering of it.

  4. Step 4

    Value Engineering

The same result, built through the most cost-efficient manufacturing method available — this is where we look for savings that don’t cost you quality.

  5. Step 5

    Manufacturing

Produced in-house across our CNC inventory in metal, wood and acrylic, plus in-house injection moulding — short lead times whether the requirement is detailed or simple.

  6. Step 6

    Logistics & Installation

We ship and install locally and internationally, combining our own teams with a partner network so installation happens on schedule wherever the site is.

  7. Step 7

    Maintenance

Full maintenance and spare parts service, so the installed piece still looks the way it did on day one — not just in the first month.

  8. Step 8

    Recycling

When a store concept reaches end of life, we handle de-installation, disassembly and responsible waste management — not just delivery and walk-away.

WHERE WE BUILD

Two sites, one production network.

Brandis operates two production sites, each equipped with computerized machinery for metal, wood and acrylic fabrication, plus in-house injection moulding. That range under one company is what makes a multi-material project — a display with a metal frame, an acrylic face and an injection-molded component — a single order instead of three.

QUALITY POLICY

Brandis documents, certifies and continuously improves its quality management system to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Business processes are reviewed through regular self-evaluation, with a standing focus on raising process efficiency to a competitive international standard and encouraging innovative, technically sound approaches across the organization.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Brandis works to keep its environmental impact under control by complying with applicable environmental laws and regulations, and to continuously improve its environmental performance. That includes minimizing waste at the source, recovering material wherever possible, and disposing of non-recyclable waste responsibly — the same Recycling commitment described as the final step of our process above.
